Our stay at Hotel Saint Martin was incredibly frustrating. The room we were given was completely different from what we booked and was visibly dirty upon arrival. The room was very small, had view on a wall, there was no soap, towels had holes. When we brought these issues to the front desk, the receptionist was dismissive and entirely unhelpful. We won’t go back.

The location was wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our host, Sergio, was great! Our room was spacious fitting 3 of us comfortably. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come here again! Highly recommend! We were visiting for Ironman Switzerland and it was a great location, with plenty of space to assemble bikes and store them indoors as well.

thank you really pleasant stay

I arrived to Hotel Royal St. George’s in the late evening, barely awake - I had hiked all day leading up to my arrival. Rudi picked me up from the train station (a lifesaver!!) and greeted me with positive energy that I really needed and even managed to give me a few amazing recommendations in my tired state. My room was amazing and so comfortable, and I didn’t have to ask for help bringing up my bags or getting set up within the room. All of the staff at HRSG did the thinking for me that night which I so appreciated. The hotel was also very accommodating with a late check out and holding my bags while I went adventuring the next day, and dropped me off at the train station when I left. Ultimately I wished I was able to stay longer.
