Grandview was great! Quiet, in town and had everything I needed. I look forward to going back.

The breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, green chili, a good assortment of cereal and you could make your own waffles. They also had bagels and toast. If you would like it, the room was clean. I love having the laminate floors. It makes it so much nicer and cleaner. The staff was great helpful if you need them

Friendly staff. Clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which can be awkward. Breakfast was good. The lobby has dark wood which is dated but looks like a lodge. No elevator but entry to rooms as on the inside which is always safer. They allow pets for a fee which means rooms probably had pets before. But it was clean. Close to Great Sand Dunes as you can be. It’s 30 minute away but other than this town, there aren’t closer choices.

Beautiful 1930 hotel with original antiques in the main area of the hotel. Due to the age there is only a portable air conditioner for each room that struggles to keep the room cool. The bathroom sink is a complete joke. Way too small to use. The owner/manager is very very nice during your stay until it’s time to check out. She wants you out before 11am. We were loading the car with our bags and she was cleaning the room when we walked back in. This was before 11am. She became rude and told us we needed to leave even though it was before check out time. She said herself and her husband has to clean the rooms as soon as they can get in. If it wasn’t for that it would have been a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I'd give it a full 5 star rating but we had no couch which left not enough sitting space in our room and the walls were a bit thin to block out noise. We slept great though & the hot tub felt amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Dillion who was working at the front desk. There was a VERY upset guest that booked the wrong room type. It was no error from the hotel side but the guest was really getting yelled at and treated very poorly. He remained calm and very kind to the guest. Much nicer than I probably would have been after an hour of being yelled at. Kuddos to you Dillion. Comfort Inn & Suites is lucky to have you.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and cool. The rooms were clean, and well-stocked. Most comfortable bed ever! The grounds are very well maintained and the views are incredible.
