The beds were dirty

We really enjoyed our stay at Suites at Prairie Falls! This is a unique boutique-style hotel located right in the heart of the Prairie Falls entertainment complex, making it incredibly convenient for dining and activities. Our room was surprisingly spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated having a casual restaurant downstairs—it made grabbing breakfast or dinner quick. There’s also a great coffee shop in the same building. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay with a more personal feel than a large chain hotel, we would definitely recommend Suites at Prairie Falls.

The hotel was affordably priced. The room and common areas were clean and decent looking. Location was convenient to the valley and downtown. Quiet after 10 and little to no road noise. Traveling with grandkids so wanted a hotel with pool which they have. Pool area has some kind of ventilation issue all windows open and heat blasting in there. The outside of the building has fallen apart around the pool, due to poor ventilation. I heard one guest complain of mold smell, thankfully I didn’t smell mold. Other teenage/adult guests boisterous at the pool which was not ideal for a 3 and 7 yo, however the hotel can’t control that. There is no breakfast on site. They have a juice machine that dispenses from 6-9 and packets of instant oatmeal. They give you a voucher for dennys but only for the adults, which caused an additional expense. The fridge was the smallest I’ve ever seen but it was a fridge. There is no hairdryer in the rooms as listed. I didn’t pack a hairdryer because the hotel listed one in the room so I was unable to do my hair for 3 days. There were dogs everywhere and they weren’t service animals! The clientele knows the hotel can’t ask them to prove that it’s a service animal so the dog stays free. If you have allergies beware. Overall a very poor stay due to poor representation by the hotel(other than the dilapidation of the pool). I would not stay again nor would I recommend staying there.

Very clean and very nice people

We had two rooms one had a kitchen which was great with kids. Great breakfast and clean rooms!

The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.

Property was very nice. Hotel and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bar was wonderful atmosphere. All staff we dealt with were very friendly, personable and helpful. The only downfall was our room was by the interstate and the pool so it was noisy when people were in the pool and playing corn hole. didn't like that the elevators were at the complete end of the hall as most hotels have them in them middle. Despite that, would definitely stay here again.
