Lacrosse Vacation Packages

Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had two pups and were able to walk them around the block. Wish they had a better convenience store, but we were just blocks away from downtown.

We were put in a room on the third floor. About 11pm a loud noise and vibration came through the wall. When it didn't turn off I called the front desk. The lady said it was the fan on the first floor. She would take care of it. 20 minutes later my husband went down to the front office and the guy was eating and the girl was on her phone. Nothing was done or looked at. They were very rude at first. They moved us to the renovated side of the motel. Better rooms. Cleaner and no animals on that side. No idea why they would rent out a room when they know it makes the loud noise when a fan is turned on downstairs.

Rooms were perfectly kept, the place was super cute and within a minute walk of dozens of cool restaurants, bars, a farmer's market, and a retro theater. On top of that it was cheaper at staying at a mediocre hotel in Pullman. 100% recommend.
