Laguna Park Vacation Packages

They are undergoing renovations. They only had half a shower door so the floor was soaking wet. The electrical was way off so you had to have a light on in the main room for the bathroom to turn on. Also, the closet door were glued shut so we couldn’t get to hangers.

The housekeeping needs work. Check out is at 12pm. At 9am we were still asleep and housekeeping walks right in. Sees us in bed and walks out. 10:30am she walks back in while I’m in the bathroom. Where I told her check out is at 12pm stop barging in our room. I informed the check out desk before I left. She assured me someone would reach out to me. 5 days later, still nothing. So I called the hotel and they told me again someone would reach out. I still have yet to receive a call.

This hotel was awesome! LOVE the room, the food at the restaurant and the location. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Great hotel! From the rooms, restaurant and the kind staff, we will be back.

We would have enjoyed this more if we had more time. It also would have been nice if the pool was open later than 8pm.

The tub was a joke. It took over 30 minutes to fill 1/3 of the way up. Roads were blocked off making access terrible and the damn train wakes you up at 5:30 am
