Breakfast was cement! Hot tub was not working and could not use. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Hotv Springs Inn was very peace ful. The property and our room were both quite clean. It is so close to downtown. Loved the balcony view. Only comment regards the bathroom. It was small compared to the room and there were not enough towel holders .

Gem of find in Ouray! Great style, saloon, resto, team, and rooms! We’ll return often.

Property is relatively expensive, but that is a fact of Ouray. Pleasant setting with adjacent water stream. Excellent location. We had minor maintenance issue (water heater) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Loved this hotel - would definitely stay here again! Room was super cute and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient and delicious!
