Very run down place. Very overpriced! The amount of money we paid for this place we felt ripped off. Very disappointed.

Loved the rooms and there were some snacks and water provided which was great for pre and post hikes. The spa was amazing, we liked to go at the end of the day to unwind. I was very surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms. I was worried that because it’s an old building we’d hear everything, but that was not the case. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept amazing!

Great place, great people. Best in Ouray

every thing excellent.

Property is relatively expensive, but that is a fact of Ouray. Pleasant setting with adjacent water stream. Excellent location. We had minor maintenance issue (water heater) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Nice historical site, wonderful bar and restaurant.
