I had a wonderful experience at Cove Haven Garden! The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. The setting was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Cove Haven Garden to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time.

Its a very nice place, seems like it was updated recently. But those upgrades need maintenance. The master shower faucet isn’t mounted properly so the handle and cover plate move around whenever you use it. There’s a hand towel rack that needs to be remounted because the wall anchors are falling out. There front storm door is falling off the hinges and it doesn’t have pneumatic door closer so its constantly swinging open. And they advertise that there’s a pool but i was never able to access it. Other guests told me they were given a passcode but I never received one. Tried speaking to someone from Avant stay team but no one ever called me back. And there’s no one on site….. no security person at the front, no one in the office building did not see one staff person the entire week. But it was clean and they had decent WiFi.

Pulling into the parking lot, my heart sank. The place looked abandoned. Front door was wide open, secondary door was ajar. Obviously broken. The odor in the lobby was musty. Attendant was nice, but not attentive. There was also a woman chatting with her who obviously worked there. She offered us free coffee and water. Looked like the oranges in the water had been there for days. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Our room was the farthest away from the elevator, which struck us as weird because the hotel looked empty. Linens were clean, but the room ànd bathroom were dated. Grout on floor in bathroom was filthy. Bed was comfortable, but we were only given 3 small pillow for a queen size bed. We booked 2 nights and my husband wanted to leave after the first night. Stayed the second night because of the weather. Attendant on duty when we departed was lovely, friendly, and cheerful. I will never return to this hotel
