Estuvo muy mal todo socio la misma hora que entré me fui no me gustó para nada el establecimiento me gustaría que me devolvieran algo de dinero ya que no estuve mucho tiempo

I love everything about this hotel.. there are alot of food options here also.

Well, finding where the room was difficult. And we tried asking staff and they said follow the signs. And we’re not very interested in helping us.. and the signs were hard to see. So not very helpful. And once we got to the room. We noticed the bed had stains on it, and the towels hanging up were dirty with stains. And some stuff was already missing from the mini bar. And then I happened to switch rooms. And in the process of that, I had left some belongings in the other room. And called them and told them about it, they told me someone would bring me the stuff. Didn’t hear from them, then called the next day. And asked and they acted like they didn’t know about it. And said they would have security search. A few hours after I went down to the front desk. Because I still haven’t heard anything..And talked to Mario, he was not very nice or sympathetic about my experience. I asked to speak to a manager and Maria helped me, and it seems to me no one is on the same page with anything. Which being one of the top hotels in Vegas I was shocked. So they ended up throwing my stuff away.. and just never could admit that to me instead kept running me around with their words. Overall the whole experience sucked. We first arrived the bellhops were very rude. But one bell hop was nice and very helpful and his name is jack! So thank you jack for being kind

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Breakfast was pour quality. We had same food every day. Not much to choose from. It was not American breakfast style at all.
