The front desk staff when we arrived after a frustrating day of travel were wonderful! We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness! The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was good, especially the sausages, but gluten free bread for toast would be appreciated!

I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.

We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel.

Stayed here for one night in advance of a flight out of Charlotte. Extremely clean—and that is everything to me. Staff was super friendly and helpful, too.

The hotel itself is nice. But the experience was not good. Check in is at 4 pm. We arrived right at that time and were told our room would not be ready for “probably another hour.” We did not get keys to our room until 5 pm. Then on check-out day, it took the valet 45 minutes to bring our car around because there were other cars blocking the valet lane for 15 minutes or more without passengers ready to leave the hotel. It felt like an operational mess and this was disappointing due to the fact that this is not a cheap hotel and that we were late for two different events due to the inability of the hotel to perform to their obligations. We would not pay to stay here again.
