We enjoyed our stay at Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern in July 2026. The hotel is located conveniently near public transportation (2 minute walk to bus stop for a quick 5 minute ride to Bern Train Station) and close to local shops/cafes. The room size was adequate and clean and the hotel provided a floor fan to help with the high temps (we were there during a heat wave) since there is no A/C in the rooms. The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh and all hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The check in process was a bit cumbersome/tedious, we arrived at 16.30 and self check in begins at 16.00 but otherwise everything was great. I would recommend a stay at Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern.

We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

We loved everything about this hotel, but didn’t like the lack of A/C . Will stay here again? Yes for sure.

Room wasn’t clean at all even after house keeping. Floors were dirty. Staff was friendly. Room was ok bed was uncomfortable, the water temperature in the shower unpredictable you set it at a certain temperature, it will go cold then hot and then your temperature you set it at and repeat. I would not pay the price I paid to stay here again.

Loved the hotel! Beautifully decorated, perfectly designed, great facilities and in great shape. Loved the hangout area on the 8th floor as well, plus the laundry facility. There were not many places to eat dinner but it was right beside the train station so super convenient to train anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend!
