The breakfast and atmosphere were awesome. Loved the spacious rooms.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Gave us great tips to have an enjoyable time. We had a partial lake view that was an unexpected bonus. The resort has everything you might need right on property. There is also cute little town just down the road. The onsite restaurant was nice and staff there were very friendly as well. Food was good. The lake is beautiful and the kayaking is easy (not turbulent or too windy). We did not rent from the onsite marina, but its nice that it is an option for outdoor stuff. The only thing I would suggest is they should let you know about the very steep staircase down to the bedroom area. The kitchen had the barest of plates bowls and silverware. It was enough, but just. However, the whole place was very clean, didn't smell in any way (even though it was "pet friendly" as we had brought our dog. I will definitely go back.

Clean room and easy check in. We’ve stayed here a few times and it has not disappointed.
