The unit was not the unit I thought we chose. The unit was old, in disrepair and smelled weird. The furniture was uncomfortable and the coffee maker did not work. I definitely would not bookmtheee again.

They’re outside areas, including the pool and the back deck area were absolutely beautifully done and very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were happy to see that they actually had housekeeping come to the room every day and replenish supplies and make the bed which sadly has become a rarity in hotels these days. They were great about an early check-in and holding our luggage as we had a later flight out. The only thing I think they need to improve is the menu at the Little Palm as it was fairly limited.

Property was fine. No issues with the room or the other amenities at the site. Realize was at check-in. Instructions say Check-in between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Problem was the business office was closed at 5:00 for the night. There was an after-hours box to pick up room keys but we needed a special code to access this and this was not provided by the property or Hotels.com. Very frustrating.

Everything was perfect. We ate on premises several times and food and service were perfect. Rooms ready when promised. They held our bags for us as we arrived early so we were able to go out and explore before our rooms were available. Very clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.
