We checked in, went to room and the maid was in there. She said she had to clean our room then she said she didn’t know she was in the right room to clean. The room was not cleaned very well. My daughter broke her foot so she needed too put her feet up. We left and stayed somewhere else. We will not be back

Clean room, very comfortable bed and the swimming pool and spa were wonderful!

This resort is so beautiful, clean, & tranquil. We could hardly wait to finish our daily adventures so we could get back to our room. We had a gorgeous room with a spacious deck overlooking the Rock Creek River. The sound of the rushing water was so relaxing. We even had a small black bear walk past our deck one evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean. Even though staff was not on property, they made check in easy. They were good about contacting their guests in a timely manner.

Great location, enjoyed the decor…but the staff really set this place apart from other motels I have stayed at. Jamie went above and beyond to help with our reservations. The other front desk receptionist was just as helpful. Thank you both! Great proximity to the hospital and restaurants.

Hotel was overbooked. Makes it really stressful when you are coming in late and your reservation has been given to someone else. Night clerk was helpful and got us a room. Rooms are dated and smell terrible. breakfast was good. Pancake maker was out of order.
