Updated and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of space and equipment in the fitness area. Only thing I didn’t like was the $18 (with tax) parking fee per night. This isn’t downtown. Plenty of spots available. It’s an unnecessary fee.

The outside wasn't kept up; dead flowers in planters, dirty entryway concrete, and glass doors were dirty. The toilet and shower didn't work, the arm chair had a hole in it and the carpet was torn. I was given a different room the next day where the bathroom did function. The sheets were pilly. The breakfast warming tray was missing a cover on one third so the the eggs were dried out. They ran out of yogurt. The location was convenient to where I was going. I was disappointed as it was given a 8.2 rating.

Clean room, great location, wonderful staff, breakfast was a great amenity.

Had a misunderstanding with parking in their lot. Needed to call to be let in and was hung up on by the young lady at the desk. Our room was hot. Never got a temperature below 75 degrees in our room even with the air all the way turned down. Saw several staff members and was never acknowledged even after I said hello. Also was charged 25.00$ for two pops and a beef stick. I think this hotel could do better. This was our second stay at this hotel. First one wasn’t the greatest but thought we’d try again. Second time proved we should have went with our first instinct.
