I truly wanted to enjoy this stay and give the property the benefit of the doubt and the chance to make things right before writing this review, but here we are. I initially booked this property to be the main highlight of our big family road trip. I have two kids that were excited about the water park. The night before check in (past the time of cancellation for a full refund), I was scrolling Facebook and happened to see a post saying the main attractions of the water park were out of service. I tried contacting the property and was unsuccessful. We had a 10 hour road trip to even get there and paid $350 for the stay. The next morning, we spoke with a manager at the front desk who offered enough Wyndham rewards points for 2-3 nights hotel stays to use on our trip, so we continued on the lengthy drive. At check in, nothing was offered to compensate for the main attractions being down, and when I asked, I was given one $20 meal voucher for my entire family of 4, which barely covered one hamburger. When we got to the water park, we were only there for 15 minutes before the entire thing shut down. At check out, we were told they were “working on adding Wyndham points to guests accounts.” A week later- nothing. I called to ask and was rudely told that they are working on a list and will get to it when they get to it. $350 for a sub par hotel room, no water park, poor customer service, and 2 very disappointed kids is absurd. We will not be back.

Our stay was good. Room was clean and staff was helpful

Great location. Free parking available but not onsite. No pool and room much smaller than the pictures. But over all great.
