Excellent location, super lovely room. Tip: there is parking nearby, but it does not belong to the hotel and is around 60$ a day, but it is monitored 24/hr, which is a bonus.

Very modern and great location. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Pool was also a bonus, kids loved it. Highly recommended.

Had a great one night stay at this hotel. Check in was super smooth and staff was friendly. Front desk area quite dated but the room itself was very clean and very comfortable. Would come back to stay again

Great place, clean and great location.

Chez Swann is in a great location to explore Montreal . Parking is under the hotel next door which is convenient but does require moving luggage through their lobby and down a flight of stairs . The staff are very helpful. The room was a little tired . Gouged wooden floor , no toilet paper holder and weird steps from bathroom to bed which we were not expecting . Not great for walking at night . The breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit , packaged pastries, bad coffee, no eggs. We went out the second day to the restaurant down the street for breakfast. For the price I think they could do better .

Best hotel and services ive ever seen

Everything was great- except for the unpleasant and unhelpful person at check-in. If she doesn't like her job- she should try something else. We are doing you a favor staying there; it is not the other way around. The person who replaced her later that day was completely professional and pleasant.

Nice staff, beautiful hotel, rooms are a bit on the small side but still more than fine. We will be back!
