This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !

Great location ,friendly staff and very good breakfast

The room was spotless and the staff was lovely.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was excellent. Quality breakfast options plentiful. Shower was great.

The AC was chugging along barely otherwise things worked well.

The property itself is nice and luxurious yet very comfortable. The staff are kind and attentive. The views are unique.
