Clean. Price. Staff

Sink and bathtub were very old

Whole process was excellent. Would definitely book with this host again.

This was a great last minute rental during penn state graduation for a very reasonable price . Everything was perfect the location was great ! Would recommend to everyone there is actually room for about 8 people to stay if needed fully stocked kitchen with blender and pots and toaster . We were able to make meals and smoothies . Nice park outside the to walk in

I was prepared to pay up for the Penn State whiteout, but not prepared to stay in such a filthy place. The carpets have not been washed in years. There were soda stains on the corridor and a general dirt film over the windows. An absolute embarrassment of the Ramada chain and should be embarrassed to have this offered to people. I will never stay here again. At least the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but overall it looked like a scene out of the Norman Bates Hotel. One thing to add living room faces outside so you have to draw all the curtain or else everybody sees you changing. They’re not even an under curtain to give yourself some privacy if you wanna have some daylight.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved two rooms when I booked, however the hotel told me they only had one room under my name even though I showed Mike at the front desk my reservation showing two rooms. He was incredibly rude, unempathetic, and just told me there was nothing he could do. Now the hotel and Expedia refuse to provide me a refund back to my credit card for services NOT PROVIDED.
