I always base a stay by the cleanliness first. This place was very clean from floors to bed and bathroom. Breakfast was nice we enjoyed it. Staff is very nice. I do think you need a few more items to sell in your store. Tylenol adult and kids maybe tums. Things people may forget or run out of. Parking is fine, no problem. It was a 30 min walk to downtown. I guess it would depend on how fast you walk. Don’t count on the trolleys to much lots of traffic we waited 40 min for one we started walking after 30 min. Overall very nice. Thank you

We were only there for 1 night, but the innkeeper made a great suggestion for dinner. Overall a great place and would stay again.

It was a spacious, clean, well thought out space with all the expected amenities. The location is ideal, and the hotel is truly a treasure.

Excellent private boutique home, converted to hotel. No person greets you and there is no welcome desk. You put in a code on the door to enter and instructions are given via text. No elevator and 3 stories, so keep that in mind. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The location is unbeatable with so many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The team was incredibly kind, the room was super clean, and the à la carte breakfast was a delicious. My only constructive feedback is that the bathroom feels a bit dated. Also, heads-up on the valet parking—it’s tucked away in the garage, not on the street, so it took us a minute to find. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

room was beautiful!! staff was very helpful & friendly, comfy beds, great location!! walk to waterfront, shopping & dining. if you are in Ole Port , this is the best!!

Pros: ease of ferry, views, staff (mostly) apps on porch, breakfast eggs were delicious, veteran taxi was awesome, locals, golf which has nothing to do with hotel they told us many times…. so mostly island pros Cons: cocktail sauce ewww, bikes… a total joke and dangerous, the cheesecake not good, the fact that a pack of men partied all night and we got 0 sleep on a random Thursday night?! The biggest con was when we answered staff when they asked they didn’t really care, definitely felt like a number
