Room was comfortable, and clean. Staff were polite and kind. I would stay here again!

The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

Everything was great

I checked in my first room and the covers and mattress had mildew it also smelled just like mildew when you walk into the room. Granted the associated at the counter was super nice and offered another room but that room was no better , mold in shower, toilet DISGUSTING, blood on sheets etc.
