The staff didn’t clean my room as advertised every day. I had to ask to have room cleaned. Or one day coffee was not relished. Other than that it was excellent, front desk staff were superb

It was just ok. Maybe Pittsburgh needs to get a Ritz or Four Seasons.

It's a great location but it just feels a bit old. The shower sprayed water directly on the ceiling and the room smelled musty when the AC wasn't running. Other than that there's really aren't any complaints.

Had a great stay! Hotel is beautiful and clean. Pretty views of the city. The parking garage is limiting on height but we were able to park on the street overnight.
