Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. this was pretty much exactly what you would expect. The only reason I can’t give the staff five stars is because the host was so clearly incredibly sick. I felt bad for her having to be there, but I also felt the need to stay as far away as possible and sanitize the key card she touched

It’s always a pleasant stay. Love this hotel, the staff and the rooms. The bed is the most comfortable along with the room itself. It’s my go to stay when visiting from Birmingham and I’m in Talladega ATV riding. Staff is most welcoming as well.
