Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
Walked into our room and rat poop was on the bathroom counter. The towels were folded neatly but I was afraid to use them. No bath soap. I don't think it had been mopped. Beds were so bad my husband couldn't stand up this morning. I will never stay here again.

We did NOT stay after find out out here was no handicap parking available and the walk to check-in and to the rooms were way too far for us to handle with luggage. Won't stay there again for this reason. We were told they would refund our full charge; we'll see.
