Lobby staff during the day was nice overnight staff not so much. Elevator stopped going to our floor, housekeeping missed our 2 rooms even after asking for items, room doors rough to open and close, TV didn’t work, outlet plate not attached. Bed was good, location was good

We left too early for breakfast but the house was great, very quiet and great neighborhood

Front of house Staff was amazing, the room was clean and beautifully renovated with a huge tv and lovely coaching area. There was plenty of exits in and out of the building from the back of the building to the front straight out to the car park. Only thing heavily disappointing was that one of the nights/day the cleaning staff only changed minimal effort like emptied the bin but completely left both our beddings how they were and didn’t change towels… So strange and made us feel like we left a poor tip on the bed since they took it the night before but not the next with minimal effort…

Room was clean but the hotel itself needs some updating. Pillows were terrible

The staff was very helpful and polite. They were attentive to our needs when asking questions, and obtaining extra laundry bags for our dirty clothes. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star review was due to the carpeting in the hallways. It was pretty dirty, and needed a good cleaning. Other than that, all was good.
