Very cute hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and kind. No problems with parking, since there is a parking garage right next to the hotel, but we decided to use the valet parking. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to all hay market activities

Clean room, very large, had sitting area. Very quiet, we would stay again.

I checked in to a king sized bedroom, first thing I noticed was a musty smell but then decided to check the bed/mattress as I always do and found so much hair on the sheets and pillow cases. Went to the front desk in which they apologized and got me a double queen room. I checked the bed in that one and not just one but BOTH bed sheets had disgusting stains everywhere. I’m usually not super picky but this was gross. I ended up going to another hotel that night. The next morning I pass by on my way to the airport and notice 2 cop cars sitting out front of the property.

Staff friendly. Lobby was nice. Pool is nice. Room was terrible… desperately needs an upgrade. Carpet was so dirty and old. Refrigerator was smelly and falling apart. Shelves were rickety. No USB ports anywhere. The room definitely needs to be gutted and redone. The hotel was quiet and the front reception was friendly.
