Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast Included at their restaurant next door. Located conveniently to many popular places

The rooms were clean and that was the only positive thing I can report about the stay. Budget in an extra $27 a day for parking at public garage next door with sketchy characters close by. Nope there is no unloading spot, so you need to carry your luggage from the garage to the hotel. There was water leaking from a ceiling pipe into a garbage can in the lobby next to a coffee maker with a sign on it that said, "Out of order". That characterized the hotel - neglected and in disrepair. Tacky signs were posted in the elevator about being charged an extra $50 if a guest stays past 10pm. My total bill for a Saturday night including parking was $170. Nuts. Lastly, while this isn't the fault of the hotel owner, the sirens, cars peeling out and general mayhem outside on Lombard Street did not abate until 3am. Absolutely horrible stay.

The room had a good massage chair that worked well! The first day there was a fishy smell all across the property and the room smelled like it had been smoked in.

Best hotel ever! Clean, comfortable, and great service. I also loved the complimentary water bottles was such a nice touch! Definitely staying here again.
