My stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I called the concierge several times for recommendations, and every suggestion was great. Whenever I needed assistance or something in my room needed attention, one call was all it took. Someone arrived within minutes, and the issue was resolved before they left. The service was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel’s environmentally friendly housekeeping option. Guests can choose to have their bed made without having the sheets changed every day, which is a nice way to help conserve water and reduce waste. One thing to note for future guests is that the complimentary breakfast is a continental breakfast. It includes items like cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, and beverages, rather than hot options such as eggs and bacon.

Perfect location,superb breakfast buffet, rooftop bar was outstanding and a great option for happy hour!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago

We only stayed one night but we definitely want to go back and stay at least two nights. It really was beautiful, clean and very secure.

Nice staff and clean space

The fact that the keep their own bees and incorporate their honey into their Food. The cocktails in the lounge and the Hummus platter were amazing. Maria was our Server all weekend, she took extremely good care of us!! Breakfast by room room service was really good and convenient. The one Thing that I didn’t like about room service was there was a two different extra charges. One was a Service Charge and one was a Convenience charge, which, really are one and the same. Seemed completely unnecessary for a Hotel charging $400 a night then $30 Resort fee with no pool or Spa Services! ! You get $15 credit at the bar that equates to 1 drink. One Service fee for Room Service is Plenty when you’re charging what you do! Overall, Loved this Hotel and would stay again! So Convenient to Michigan Avenue!
