There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

Staff extremely friendly. Had issues with cable 2 nd night but they got back going quickly!!

beautiful location and veranda was nice. Customer service was poor. Examples-customer behind me was served before me at check-in, also talked to each other about a family member who was in front of them asking a reasonable question. Building and room and common hallways smelled and there were rooms with buckets outside for leaking pipes, which was unexpected for a hotel of this price (peak season $250+). Wifi was slower than spotty mountain service. stains on ceiling, floors and tiles. Bedsheets also had a smell. family member had to manually fix toilet flush.
