We planned an overnight stay here, having visited the hotel a little while back for Afternoon Tea, and the hotel met our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming and whilst we didn’t use many of the facilities, everything we saw looked fine. The one aspect that we would like to have seen was air conditioning in the rooms, as the room became very warm at night. The breakfast buffet was ideal for us.

Good hotel with car park for business trips.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

Really great location. Room really clean, but very tired. Shared bathrooms were fine and clean. Crazy hot in the loft room, had a fan but the stand was all broken. There is NO on street parking as suggested. Nearby parking is way, way more than the 11.50 mentioned. I parked a mile away on a street with no restrictions as we were there for two days parking would have been about £60. If game at millennium stadium nearby parking closes too.

The House of George Davies was fabulous! All the little touches in the rooms, which were all quite different (we had a party of 6 traveling) were much appreciated. We also loved all the branding they do at the hotel. Breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious. We would definitely return if in Broadway again!

This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear

The stay was lovely, and property was historic and beautiful! They offered afternoon cake & tea, and a lovely breakfast every day. I do wish there were a few additional small details / services available, for example room service, a butler to help with the bags, different types of coffee that the breakfast staff could make (instead of doing it yourself with the coffee machine). I do understand and appreciate that it’s a smaller inn, and more peaceful because of that.
