It was nice and clean, the room was incredibly spacious and it was a convenient location to lots of shops and eateries.

Great location, wonderful facility!

We booked a king size room. On arrival was given a small twin room with no air con just an open window. We complained and was told there was only 1 room left it was a double bed and 1 single bed with a bathroom for the disabled no juccuzi bath which we paid for or a king bed . The TV kept switching off. You couldn’t fill the kettle as it wouldn’t fit under the tap so had to decant water into a glass to fill kettle. The shower was just warm with not much power, The headboard was full of dust and cobwebs and there was damp over the skirting boards,It’s a lovely historic building but needs maintenance! Breakfast was nice. But overall we were very disappointed ☹️

This was an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend! Staff was amazing, checking us in early and giving us a more quiet room, even helping bring one of our bags to our room. There were guest robes, slippers and an amazing shower PLUS a guest lounge and garden room where drinks and snacks could be charged to your room. Five-star-stay!
