Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.

I loved the location perched in Sulphur Mountain (peace and quiet). The hotel is located walking distance from the Bathhouse and two bus stops from the Gondola. The Roam Transit bus-stop is directly in front of the hotel. Once renovation is complete, this will be a great place to stay. I didn't get to experience the spa which is why I specifically booked the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The additional amenities such as E-bikes, Thera gun, and Roam transit bus ticket were all great to utilize. The hotel's restaurants were also good. Most of the clients were retirees.

For a whole week our room was never cleaned, by the third day we kindly asked that at least our garbage be emptied and the bed be made in which they said they would but never did. After the fourth day we still never received any room service in which we asked again, still nothing changed by the 5th day. Lobby constantly had a sewage stench throughout the week as well.

The room was clean but not in the best shape. There were not enough towels for all guests, no extra towels, only one blanket, multiple lightbulbs burnt out with no replacement ones in the room, blinds did not open/close properly. Overall, it was not a great experience especially for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.
