I think this was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.

It was absolutely great a wonderful experience

Clean room

We have had a yearly tradition of staying that the “waterside hotel” since my kids were tiny. We go do school shopping and have a fun family weekend at the slides. This year was BEYOND disappointing! They now charge extra for the slides. Like truly, this is the only reason I pay the extra to actually stay at this place is for the slides and now on top of paying for an overpriced hotel stay we have to pay $7 extra for each person to use the slides (they give you ONE wrist band with the room. We stayed in a suite, they knew we had 4 guests that I paid for and yet we got ONE band and had to buy the extra three) these bands aren’t just for the slides though, they are to physically get into the pool area. So even parents wanting to just watch their kids have to pay the extra for the bands. Absolutely ridiculous. They also are now charging $10 extra to park in the parking lot!! Like obviously, you come in from out of town, you generally have a vehicle that got you there and you have to pay to park it in their ridiculous large parking lot. During our stay, we came, paid the extra for the bands & parking, went to dinner and returned, got ready to go to the slides and they had the entire pool closed down because I child had puked in the pool (not their fault obviously) They closed the pool for 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. The slides close at 9 so they decided just to leave them off the rest of the night. Slides are not open in the morning, so no slides for us. We will not return

Rooftop bar is spectacular. Can’t beat the location.
