The staff did not answer the front desk nor the phone. I was stuck outside at midnight and ended up sleeping in my car as I was unable to check in.

Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!

Loved the pool. And cookies! Great location. Nice place!

Our room was infested with bugs in the both of the beds. I have attempted to contact the hotel to request a refund and they are ignoring my emails/messages. The unfortunate part is my family did not arrive until late evening (around 10pm). We were exhausted as we were traveling across the country and this was a stop for us as we continued on our journey. When we noticed them in the bed the next morning, I called the front desk immediately. They came down and inspected our room and acknowledged this is a know issue. That the bug is the local “imperial bug” and also stated another room in their hotel is infested with bees…apparently all known issues by the hotel management, but they are doing nothing about it. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and has great amenities. But the fact I paid $365 for a room infested with bed bugs is not OK. Also ignoring my email and request for a refund is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Very comfortable stay. Easy parking and convenient to restaurants and shops.
