We enjoyed our stay. Lady at checkin eas great but guy on morning desk was grumpy and rude. I asked another customer if they saw any creamer and he came out being snappy and rude about it then proceeded to scowl at us every time we walked through the lobby before check out. Would stay again and just avoid said guy as much as possible.

Loved the vibe and its connection with the restaurant adjoining. The Spa staff was awesome! Enjoyed everyone on staff! Had to ask for our free bottle of wine and no offer of an upgraded room, but we lived our “cozy queen room”.

Ice machines were broken, vending machines out of order, the first night my fireplace didn’t work and I didn’t even get a discount for it not working, or any offer of any kind. Kind of disappointed with this place this time. Seems to have gone down hill. Staff could have definitely been more helpful
