Good value for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Fernando at the front desk. Very nice and pleasant to talk to. Room was clean and serviceable. Floors are not carpeted, which I like. Carpet is gross in most motels. This was nice. Beds were clean, ac worked well, shower was nice.

The building is a bit run down and 1/2 is boarded up . The exercise room was unavailable. But the rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable. There are steps in the dining area that are marked or even very noticeable and I witnessed a guest fall down them with breakfast in his hands. The staff was helpful but there should be colored tape or signage stating caution.

The hotel met our expectations of a Hampton Inn. The staff were especially nice and helpful.
