This is absolutely the best place I have stayed in Myrtle Beach, I never knew it was even part of SC. It's truly a hidden gem. I rate this 100/100. Definitely will be back. The late-night check-in front-seat guy was super sweet, and the morning check-out staff was super sweet too.

Great location and friendly staff, however, never a response from the hotel's chatting option, tried a few times, no response. The biggest thing is to make sure you get one of the handful of rooms that actually have a balcony that fits a chair! Most are standing room only overlooking the beach. It is in the hotel's info somewhere, but we missed it and was very surprised to have a beach hotel with no way to sit on the balcony :(

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and definitely not what we expected for our family trip to Myrtle Beach. The room was extremely dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant humid/musty smell. Even worse, when we first checked in, there was HAIR EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Finding hair throughout the bathroom immediately upon arrival made us seriously question whether the bathroom — or even the room itself — had been properly cleaned before we checked in. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel room. I went to the front desk immediately to report the condition and the horrible smell, but because the hotel was fully booked, they said they couldn’t move us to another room. They sent housekeeping to spray the room, which only masked the smell for about two hours before it came back just as strong. The lack of basic housekeeping amenities was also shocking. There were no dental kits available at the hotel. We were told to purchase them from the gift shop, only to find out that the gift shop was closed because it was Sunday! For a family of FOUR, we were provided with only tiny 2 oz bottles of shampoo and shower gel. If this hotel does not provide basic housekeeping/toiletry items such as dental kits, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc., then this should be made VERY CLEAR to guests BEFORE they book. Guests deserve to know what will and will not be provided so they can decide whether they still want to book the hotel or, at the very le
