This is an older hotel. Our first night the staff were great, met my dog at the desk! When we were checking out the next day, desk staff were rude! Accused me of “hiding” my dog! Add Ed more charges to the bill stating they just found out about the dog. Yet the staff the evening before were petting him and talking to him!

The staff is exceptional and ensures your stay is comfortable and you feel welcome. I enjoy the thoughtful amenities and luxurious beds and linens. Hot water! It's a great location near downtown shops and restaurants. Absolutely, darling decor.

Love the automated check in and intermittent staff for questions. Service was so limited! I saw so many people struggling to get in/out with luggage, with no help even getting the nonautomated door open. The room was clean, but there was no follow through on requests--basic like water bottle refills or coffee pod refills. These seem like basic amenities to me.
