Low Moor Vacation Packages

Had an issue with air conditioner. But they accommodated me with a fan. But think they should have given a discount because it was two days before air was fixed. Other than that the staff was nice. Internet was a little slow.

Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The restaurants had ample choices. Overall a great family getaway.

Staff always helpful and friendly! Room was a little stuffy when the air was on. Needed an air conditioning spray to get rid of the musty smell in the AC unit. No other issues

Overall the room was nice, updated and clean. Chair was stained and dirty. View to pool area outside was over grown and poorly maintained. New roof being installed and parking lot seemed like a construction zone. There were a couple cars that appeared to have been there for weeks with flat tires, etc.
