Good for budget families, but didn't meet my personal needs If I had a large family on a budget and was looking for a good hotel, this would be the perfect place. However, it just did not meet my personal wants or what I was looking for in a stay with just my wife and I. We timed our trip after school restarted to avoid crowds, but the hotel caters heavily to large families, pets, and children running in hallways.  The Pros: Incredibly friendly staff and a well-managed breakfast that handles crowds easily. Clean common areas, excellent location, and functional quite AC. Reliable daily housekeeping with plenty of fresh towels. The Cons: Room & Bathroom: The bed was very hard, pillows were uncomfortable, and there was no coffee pot. The shower had very low pressure, only warm water, and a slow drain. Property Condition: The elevator was out of order, the pool is far too small for the volume of guests, and the room patio furniture and wood surfaces needed deeper cleaning. Parking: The lot seemed unpatrolled despite charging a fee. Vehicles were double-parked or blocking adjoining spaces. Suggestions: Repair the elevator, fix the water pressure/temperature, add detail to room cleaning, and patrol the paid lot to enforce proper parking.

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The room was great it’s exactly what we wanted for two people there is a nice pull out couch but it wasn’t needed. The balcony was nice the pool here is really big and the fact that there is a adult jacuzzi and a family jacuzzi is top tier you can bbq all day long have drinks by the pool with tons of space. A big reason the trip was so great was the Host Criss check in was a breeze got all the details for check in days in advance and was in communication throughout our stay if we needed anything and got emailed the details for the checkout it was so smooth and easy we can’t wait to come back we hope we can get room 409 again.

The rooms were in good condition. However we noticed several roaches. Place needs to be fumigated. Showed need a deeper cleaning as well. Other than that it’s a nice condo with a beautiful ocean view.

The weather didn’t permit us to use the pool, but the house was gorgeous. We were made to feel at home during our stay, there is even a washer dryer available. We felt fortunate to have landed on a off season rate, it was definitely better than a hotel.

The pool water was murky, made me a little uncomfortable going under water.
