I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. Me and my daughter who i was visiting was constantly harassed by the male guest who hung out in the parking lot and hallway. This experience was the horrible

The gentleman who check me in was RUDE! He talked to me like I was a child. I would have left then but the room fee was none refundable. In addition: The bathroom was dirty. The towels were dirty. The carpet was dirty and frayed. The ceiling plaster was falling down. There were crumbs on the floor and chairs. The sprinklers were rusting and didn’t look like they would work. The blinds were stained. They had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit! I was very disappointed and didn’t get any sleep. I checked out early the next morning. I absolutely would not recommend staying at there!!!

Our toilet wouldn't flush in the room so we had to switch to a new room. The rooms were pretty clean but bathroom and hallways were not good. Hallway carpets were very dirty and the whole place smelled a little. Im glad there was gated parking because the area was a little weird.

It was as expected.

Air conditioning unit leaked. There was water all over the floor. They gave us the run around when I asked for a new room. The hotel smelled. The staff were not helpful. I would not ever stay at this hotel again. Don’t believe the pictures.it looks descent on the outside but everything is terribel

Room smelled like smoke. Fire detector was covered up with plastic bag. A/C worked good.

Simply not clean enough or updated enough to carry the Hilton name. Fantastic staff, but the place needs serious work! Fourth floor had a room right by the elevator that should have had vending machines and ice maker and it showed wires coming out of the wall. TV in our room was seriously outdated and useless. Flooring and bath area while clean were scruffy and outdated.
