This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

Excellent hotel near the station and main attractions . They have a complimentary pick up and drop service as well . The front office staff especially Tiago Rocha is outstanding and makes the stay memorable . Good breakfast service with excellent spread

有方便超商，樓下公車站和火車站方便極了，讓我們在這想多待但因已無房，所以才只能待三天兩夜是個美好回憶

Awesome staff and nice breakfast! Quite nice room. A bit from town, but walkable or a simple tram ride. Quick notes: receptionist was awesome. Told me about river swimming and they have free dry bags for use! Also not well-documented, you get free tram use while staying! Super convinient. Highly recommend if you dont mind being a few blocks from the epicenter. Free parking was a big plus too.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

Nice place to stay in Biel/Bienne. Clean facility, nice personal, and nice rooms.
