Very run-down and dated room that clearly hasn’t been refurbished in years. The room was also full of spiders and flies, which made the stay particularly unpleasant.

A great stay as usual, rooms are lovely and dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, we always stay here when we are in Southampton

Clean room although over the top amount of bleach used in the bathroom. Bed comfortable but pillows not. Annoyingly located in the middle of a roundabout, difficult to access and no parking. We were on floor 2 and the other family of guests thought it totally fine to use the hallway as a play area and shout at each other outside our room. (Not the hotels fault but demonstrates the type of customer). Cheap and cheerful last minute booking. Not going to be rushing back! Nice bar though.

Friendly staff, room could of been cleaner and not worth the money, definitely profiting from the cruise vessels and the boat show being on as the same room is £200 less in 6 weeks time.
