The staff was great. Good parking, clean room. Nice breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool. The pool looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. It takes more than dumping chlorine to upkeep a pool.

Quality Inn
Heat was shut off in the room. Took hours for it to get warm but floor remained ice cold. No carpet. Bathroom floor was even colder and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Toilet seat terribly discoloured. Surfaces clean but everywhere else had dust build up. ...

Hart House Hotel
The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!

Comfort Inn & Suites Medina NY near Erie Canal
One of the best Comfort Inn's I have stayed. The room was spotless, no smells and well supplied. The staff was courteous and accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was well lit and accessible as well. I will come back given the opportunity and definitely recommend to others.
