Excellent property with spacious room. Staff pleasant and helpful.

You absolutely must have a vehicle! Let me say that again you MUST have a vehicle. There is limited food,snacks or soft drinks except at hotels restaurant wich is expensive very expensive. Limited if any Ubers and taxis are expensive. $40 to go 5 miles. Room staff did an outstanding job on our room, desk staff depending on who it was was mixed on friendliness. Hotel is not good for children not much for them to do. As matter of fact unless uou are of geriatric age there wasn't much for me to do! I was there for a wedding. All in all resort is nice most of the staff is good but food and drink are EXTREMELY LACKING. I don't recommended staying here unless you have vehicle and you have LOTS ANDLOTS of money.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

It was a perfect week to stay with not so perfect weather. The rental had everything we needed It was clean and roomy . We will definitely be coming back

Beautiful property with premium pricing, but unfortunately they don’t have enough housekeeping staff to clean rooms daily. They have a nice text system which allows you to communicate what you want/need but when I inquired why the bed wasn’t made and towels replaced after being gone all day no one responded for hours. I went to reception and was given a litany of reasons….staffing issues, employees who do work can’t fulfill every request, etc. I was also told I should have communicated my expectation of housekeeping in advance like it was somehow exceptional for Stowe-area hotels and I was being high-maintenance??? The property could also benefit from signs directing guests through the many stairwells, corridors and footpaths needed to get from back of property to main hotel.

Great spot for hiking!

Helpful staff restaurants in hotel were very good. Location can’t be beat.
