The buildings need some renovations, our bathroom had cracks in the caulking and our AC barely put out cold air. Our door key mechanism had to be reset as soon as we got there so we’re all standing out in the heat with our luggage while they tried to hunt down the maintenance man but we saw a woman who worked there and she went and got us new keys. We had to get a new key each time we left and the worker blamed it on me leaving it in my pocket with my phone which if they would have told me would demagnetize it, I would’ve kept them separate. I had no idea my phone would do that and the worker laughed at me like it was common knowledge.

It's not bad here, but definitely won't come back because of one thing: I got a frightening email the day I had to check in claiming my card on file was invalid and that my reservation was going to be cancelled within an hour. I was literally at LAX on shuttles, then a cab trying to get over to this hotel. I responded with multiple messages, called the hotel dozens of times and nobody responded. My card was never invalid. I checked in at the hotel just fine. It was like the message never happened, but the hotel definitely wrote that in a message sent through Expedia. They need to get better at answering their phone. Guests might think this place is a scam, even though it's not. It's a decent place to stay if you're not picky. But it's got the same problems as any motel - loud area, screaming kids, etc. I don't personally care, but I know other people will make a bigger deal of that. My only complaint is the hotel's failure to answer their phone and communicate better with guests if they threaten to cancel a reservation and not even help the guest figure it out.
