Old hotel. Quaint but lacking modern amenities.

Great views!

This is an older property, it is quite well maintained. Very friendly staff. Great a/c! Breakfast was ok, enough to get you going.

It’s hard to write a bad review —AND our experience at this property was not good. The main issue is that the photos posted online are either out of date or completely inaccurate or quite frankly totally misleading. The building seemed to be in terrible repair, access to our room required traversing multiple rickety staircases, then the room itself wasn’t clean or comfortable. We had planned to stay two nights but cancelled the second night immediately upon arrival. Stay somewhere else. It’s not worth the trouble. This town is cute but that doesn’t matter if you’re trapped in a roach motel for your stay.

Excellent location for walking and exploring downtown Denver. The hotel is conveniently situated near many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Their exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

I had to cancel my reservation, pictures of the hotel online completely different to reality. I didn’t feel safe to spend the night there

ski in ski out location, hotel is older but very well maintained, every unit ir privately owned so uou can get very different exoerience, our unit was very nice, only keep in kind tgeir is no air conditioners if travelling during summer.
