My grandsons enjoyed our trip! The ocean is right there. Our room overlooked the ocean. It was great! Thank you!

Staff was friendly…she was having problems with her computer system so checking in took a little while. There was no luggage rack carrier and my back and ankle was in so much pain when I arrived. They had me upstairs but they were willing to move me down stairs. After carrying my heavy luggage’s and bags to the room, the room had several dead’s flies and bug on the floor, the comforter had cigarettes burns on it, the bathroom lights was making a loud buzzing sound, the room had a smell to it and the sheets were dirty and wrinkle like the wasn’t changed. I was very disappointed. But the staff was pleasant.

Rebooked to ocean key resort. Same price and nicer but not convenient or familiar location. Hotel says they called but no message. Fully checked in before I was made aware of the lack of rooms. Rebook asked more questions as if they didn't know why the change. Room tech was challenging with limited power outlets and nothing convenient. Best feature was the shower. AC was stuck at 74 degrees but eventually I cooled to match and able to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gold Leaf. The staff was absolutely amazing! Always cheerful and respectful. We were helped with our luggage. I can't say enough good things about the staff! The hotel itself was very clean. There was even a hose by the lobby door the clientele could use to rinse the sand off their feet before going up to their rooms.

Love this hotel. This is our third summer trip staying here. Rooms are super cute, clean and well decorated. Love being so close to the beach and there's restaurants literally right around the corner.

Loved balcony and beach access. Nice well stocked kitchen. Friendly staff. Overall great stay
