Not so good. I am not so happy, as someone is banging on the door from 12 a.m. until 5 am, not cleaned.

Oh where to start. Lets start with the positives, its a great location. Thats it. Negatives - you need a phot ID to check in. I know its shows that on the details but lets be honest, who scrolls down that far?! And they were very unhelpful to a man that didnt have photo ID! He had to go find elsewhere to stay! Then the check in is pretty much self service: scan the QR code and do it yourself. Lady in the queue had a phone with no battery; how unimpressed the staff were that they had to check her in! I couldn't pay for 10 minutes because the CC terminals went down. And which international hotel chain doesnt take AmEx for crying out loud!! Then theres the room; door was damaged on the inside, the basin in the bathroom doesn't have a plug so you have to run the water to shave and the pillows provide Zero support. No tea or coffee making facilities, no water provided and no cup or glass to allow you to drink from the bathroom tap, whch was the only option. How clean is the tap water in the bathrooom. If you try to take a glass from the bar to your room, the bar staff get really tetchy and tell you that you can't becuase it creates additional work for housekeeping; who's job is what exactly? Which leaves me with Breakfast. It was truly awful, saussages that my dog wouldn't eat, no bacon and no eggs other than hard boiled. Just hash browns and beans. Not a croissant in sight, no butter for your toast and the worlds most bland cereals. Will I go back? No.

Great location with parking on street, easy and comfortable stay. Pool table was a hit with my teen boys!

Don’t order breakfast it’s a basket. I was charged a commission amount which was incorrect, but was resolved . No milk to make hot drink in your room . Little things matter

Breakfast was excellent. Wish there was some washers and dryers on site. Employees were lovely.
