I was not able to attend during these dates and forgot to cancel facing unexpected rescheduling issues , I was hoping to speak with someone about a refund even though policy for not cancellation is charged . Like I said it was inevitable that I need to reschedule

There was plenty of parking, but the place was messy! Bathroom vent was filthy and dusty! Dry wall pieces in the elevator and down the hallways! Breakfast was very lean… we went down at 8:45 and only a few apples were there, only orange juice, skim milk for cereal and no yogurt or meat/protein items! ...
