Great little hotel to visit the downtown area. Cute decor, comfortable bedding and fantastic staff! Not my first stay, and definitely not my last.

I would never return or recommend this hotel.....it is access free meaning nobody is there to assist you if they make a mistake.....sent wrong code to room. So it took us 1.5 hours to get everything worked out then the back up room they put us in had no bath products..... the manager could not be bothered and the new employee was left to deal with it herself. Beyond poor service. We were not the only ones who had difficulty getting into their pre-booked room. A family had to leave because they didn't assign them 2 night stay and every other hotel was booked solid. Extremely disgusting treatment of a young family with a baby As far our experience, we are still waiting for the refund from the so-called manager on the phone. He made promises he couldn't fulfill. I think this place is for sale and current owners don't care whatsoever about their customers. It's a shame since it's a beautiful hotel with a very young vibe Just not for us

The building and room were very charming and beautifully decorated. We loved our room, but if you have mobility issues or problems with stairs, it might be difficult to navigate. The staff was very communicative and the checkin process was easy. The location was perfect and the UVA grounds were easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious, and I can see why Farm Bell is a popular restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Quiet, safe, well kept and near several restaurants and shopping. Short 5 minutes to UVA Medical Center.

Great location for the University of Virginia. We’ve stayed here a couple times now and let the hotel. Wish the prices didn’t jump so high during parents weekend
